Bookings and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable and timely access to the property, equipment, switchboards, air conditioning units, smoke alarms, EV charger locations or other areas required to complete the work.

If we cannot access the site or complete the work due to customer-related issues, a call-out fee, cancellation fee or additional charge may apply.

Urgent Call-Outs

Urgent call-outs may be available for electrical faults and safety concerns. Availability may depend on location, technician availability, job urgency, safety conditions and operating requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide accurate information about the job

Ensure someone authorised is available to approve work if required

Provide safe access to the site

Disclose known hazards, faults or site issues

Keep pets, children and unauthorised persons away from work areas

Pay invoices by the due date

Obtain landlord, body corporate, property manager or owner approval where required

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined on the quote, invoice or booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the work or by the due date stated on the invoice.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in follow-up action, recovery costs or suspension of further services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Parts, Materials and Product Warranties
